Interior Trim
The CCC certification scope of automotive interior parts must be carried out for the class M, N, O vehicles. These include single- and multi-layered components which have the minimum dimensions of 356 mm x 100 mm in their projection surface. Which includes:
(1) interior trim in the passenger compartment, cockpit and boot,
(2) Interior lining of sound insulation and thermal insulation used in the engine compartment or other heat source such as A-pillar, B pillar, C-pillar, instrument panel, carpet, etc.
The applicable national standard is the GB 8410 2006 combustion characteristics of automotive interior materials. For details see CNCA-C11-09: 2014 Automotive Interior Parts.
